1. Refunds for University Admission & Scholarship Services
Refunds are only considered under the following specific circumstances:
• In case of scholarship rejection:
If a student is officially rejected from the scholarship program, the client will receive a partial refund, covering only the unspent amount of the service fee. Any amount already spent (such as application processing, document translation, or courier fees) is non-refundable.
• Note: Scholarship rejections are very rare.
• For students applying for Saudi-sponsored programs, self-funded admissions, or Chinese language programs:
If the student is rejected by the first university, a second application will be submitted at no additional file fee.
If rejected again, a final third application can be submitted, but the student will be required to pay the file processing fee again.
These rejections are uncommon and usually due to poor academic performance or criminal history.

2. Refunds for Products or E-commerce Orders
If you purchased any physical or digital products through our website or as part of our services:
• You may request a refund if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side.
• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, and you must provide proof (photos or videos) of the issue.
• Products must be unused, and in their original packaging.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was our mistake.
